This Course gives students on-the-job training for kids who are interested in early childhood, teaching or supervising.  The students selected for this program must have had a year long child development class and 5 hours of observation on the developmental stages of a preschool child (which was covered in second semester of Child development).  Students will gain hands on experience by working one hour a day in the preschool along with an additional hour for classroom instruction and lesson planning.  Students will learn how to guide a child's behavior, observe the sequence of how children learn and gain knowledge in the early childhood program.

Pre-requisites for taking the class:

* Must have taken a Child Development class
*Must have a current TB Test (will be given here on campus) (Date TBA)
*2 Letters of Recommendations
*Photo ID (ID Card will work)
*Personal information sheet  (Provided by Mrs. Jans)  SEE ATTACHMENTS
*Copy of Immunizations
*IF 18 OR OLDER YOU MUST GET A FINGER PRINT CLEARANCE CARD THROUGH THE DISTRICT
