The Arizona Interscholastic Press Association (AIPA) celebrated their annual Fall Convention as ASU on September 19, 2013.  The convention featured breakout sessions in various journalism related professions, a keynote speaker and awards celebration.  Among the afternoon's winners were three students in Ms. Melanie Allen's journalism class:
   Senior Zachary Patterson -- Front Page Design, Excellent
   Sophomore Nicole Wursta -- Review Writing, Honorable Mention
   Sophomore Monique Matancillas -- Feature Page Design, Honorable Mention
