Moon Valley High School was established as part of the Glendale Union High School District in 1965. Along with being ranked among the best high schools in the nation by U.S. News and World Report and Newsweek, Moon Valley is part of the College Board’s 2013 National Advanced Placement District of the Year. In addition, the Arizona Department of Education has rated Moon Valley an “A” school. Moon Valley offers more than 70 different clubs, sports, and activities to its students. The school’s vision is to focus on high standards and a rigorous curriculum. Moon Valley High School is located in Phoenix off 35th Avenue and Cactus Road.

School Vision:  Preparing each student for higher education by ensuring all students reach their full potential in every class.
